new formula smells awful

ugh. been using this face wash for over a decade. i loved this face wash. for some godfosaken reason they changed the formula without warning buyers and now im stuck with a jug of the new crap. it smells awful. it feels worse than before. they should offer refunds for customers duped into buying the new stuff- it’s fundamentally a different product.

Excellent ! I’ve been using a face cleanser from Kiehl’s for a while now, and overall I’m quite satisfied with it. The cleanser feels gentle on the skin but still does a good job removing dirt, oil, and impurities without over-drying.

Don't listen to the negative reviews!!!

On my 3rd bottle since the "reformulization" - still amazing. Took me about 2 washes to get used to the new consistency but it still packs that refreshing punch and the lather is just fine. LOVE IT!!!!

The new formula is just fine

Like a lot of reviews, the new formula doesn’t lather as well as the old. However, it won’t stop me from buying this again.

Not the same. Bring back the old recipe. New version is terrible. Won’t buy again.
