New Formula

I have been using Facial fuel for over 10 years. I was lucky to find it and threw away all my facial cleansing products soon after. I recently purchased another bottle to find a difference in the product. The smell was like an orange dipped in battery acid, the solution was not giving the correct lather and was difficult to rinse off. I looked only and found out that the formula was changed with out any notification on the bottle itself. This product is no longer usable. I am highly disappointed that they did not warn its loyal customers. They should offer a refund immediately to all buyers.

Facial fuel awful

I just received my order of facial fuel, 1 liter, not cheap, anyway, I thought that a received a bad batch. It is extremely watered down and it just doesn’t feel like the product that I have used for the past several years. I do not like it.
