Hi Kiehls, I have been using Keihls (toner, moist, retinol, vitamin c, face oil) for a while and I just tried this product for 2 nights but the feeling is like it burnt my cheeks, leaving redness, I double check the reviews and look like I am not alone. Could you please do something? Thanks

Terrible product

I used to swear by the Super Multi-Corrective Anti-Aging Cream. It was rich, effective, and left my skin visibly smoother and more hydrated. Whatever Kiehl’s has done to the formula, it is nowhere near the same product. The new version stings on application and feels uncomfortably irritating on my skin. It no longer soothes or nourishes... instead, it leaves my face feeling tight and unsettled. The luxurious texture I once loved is gone, replaced with something that feels harsh and ineffective. This is not an isolated case. Kiehl’s has quietly changed multiple products in their range, and each time the “update” is a downgrade. It’s insulting to think customers won’t notice when the performance is so clearly worse. For the price, this cream no longer delivers, and I will not be repurchasing. Kiehl’s built their reputation on formulas that worked. They are now eroding that trust, and loyal customers like me are taking note 😠

Stings

I had this product and it was great. When it ran out I brought another one. This now stings my face and I can’t use it anymore. Have you changed the ingredients?

Not for me

This might work well for other but it made my forehead break out in the first week. I should have stuck with the normal white container of Kiehls moisturizer. Pretty upset I spent all that money and can’t use.

No Burn and plump skin!

I forgot my moisturizer on a trip and picked this up at the counter in Nordstorm's . I use products that make my skin extra sun sensitive. No sun burns my skin looks well protected.
