King Koil Jasmine King Mattress

Worst mattress. Buyer Beware of Return Policy! King Koil King Jasmine Mattress is not like the one in the Store. It is very firm. Return is 15% plus $99 pick up fee. After laying on it indentation that does not bounce up. Very disappointed in Macys.. Never thought I would be returning a mattress.

Beautifully Constructed but Firmer Than Advertised

I recently purchased this mattress based on the company’s description of it being “medium firm,” expecting a good balance of support and comfort. You can tell that the mattress is high quality, beautifully constructed, and offers excellent edge support, which I appreciated. However, the level of firmness was disappointing. Despite the “medium” claim, I found it far too firm for my preference, making it difficult to get comfortable. I stuck with it for the over 60-days as a sleep trial, hoping it might break in or that I’d adjust, but unfortunately, I was uncomfortable the whole time. The mattress also seemed to retain heat as I was very warm at night (maybe the wool materials). I’d recommend it to those who specifically seek out extra firm support as the Jasmine mattress might be for you.

Husband loved. Me? NOT SO MUCH

My husband loved the very firm feel of this hybrid mattress, I DID NOT. I honestly tried my best at try at giving it a chance and almost had my husband send it back. The only way I could tolerate sleeping on it was to buy a thick memory foam mattress pad on top. It still isn't my fave. However, hubby, loves that he can pair it with (and did) the adjustable foundation bed frame. He has bad keens and gets swollen legs and being able to sleep with his legs in an "up" position has helped him tremendously. Therefore, I deal with my issues with this mattress. I would've loved to get the Sterns & Foster Lux Estate mattress instead.
