Too Big

I have a small Kipling and it was too small so I ordered the medium and I thought this should be the small size so I ordered large and it was too big. This size is perfect for traveling but too big for everyday use.

Wrong bag received

I ordered this, but received totally different bag. I called customer service and told I would like to have the correct one. Unfortunately I received a refund and did not allow me to change the right bag.
