Doesn’t have the monkey charm

I like the bag. So I bought 2 of them for gifting. But only one has the monkey charm. I cannot even get a replacement because they are already sold out.

Disappointed in overall quality

Not liking this bag, not the quality I expect from this brand. What happened to the key finder cord? That was a very handy feature.

I love ALL of my Kipling bags from Macy’s!!

All the ladies in my family use every kind of Kipling bag! This bag fits my every day needs and contains my basics to run in and out of stores. It goes inside my larger Kipling work bag/messenger bag. I have 6 bags because I have 6 jobs!!!! My Mom just bought a Kipling travel rolling luggage!!! She loves it! Killing are life Ling bags you can wash or clean with a sponge. I keep many colors for my moods and each season! Macys card helps make it affordable!
