We like a good cup of coffee and are enjoying trying different styles of coffee from espresso to Americano to cortado. We like the ease of making coffee with the machine, but be ready to make a big investment in $$ and time with a learning curve, if this is new to you. All in all...nice machine and ALMOST fool proof if you're dialed in.

Spectacular Machine

This is my first fully automatic espresso machine and I am glad I didn’t buy a cheaper one. I upgraded from an OXO machine since I wanted an all in one machine and the KF7 meets all my requirements. It is easy to take care of and lots of instructional videos. My coffee tastes substantially better now and I’m in the process of learning more about coffee beans as well.

I replaced an excellent Gaggia Titanium that finally gave up the ghost after 20 years of faithful service with the KitchenAid KF7 Espresso Machine. This machine is AMAZING! So very quiet, large bean hopper and water reservoir and the variety of drinks available, thanks to the milk container attachment, is a welcome change. After 2 months of daily use, I am deeply in love with my new super automatic.

Excellent Machine

I have had this machine for a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. The features are great for preparing your exact preferences. It is a solid machine that looks wonderful on my counter. I had a Delonghi before this that couldn’t quite make the perfect cup

I experience with this company very bad experience it's been more than two weeks I am trying to order coffee machine with out no reason the been canceling i have been a customer with this company more than 13 years never have problem . I am so disappointed 😞

Fantastic!

We are loving our KF8! It is so simple to use and maintain. I was concerned about the cleaning and maintenance process. We keep a nice white ceramic container under the spout and a quarter of a paper towel in the grounds container and it really minimizes the cleaning. I am very happy with the appearance of the machine, the quality of the coffee, the variety of drinks, the milk set up, and the ease of cleaning. It’s nice because it satisfies both of our coffee tastes, Americano and latte. Highly recommend!
