Good Immersion Blender

I bought this awhile back, and I am very pleased with it. The one problem I had was, in setting it up, a piece was showed in the manual that was not in the box. I called about it, and it turns out it was an old manual. It was no big deal really, but I did have to wait a couple hours on hold for the call to go through.

Very Efficient

I bought this a few weeks ago and am finding it very convenient to use. I make smoothies with it using frozen fruit. It makes short work of the fruit.

Wanted one for a long time

I am really glad I got this. I've been looking at them from various places for a long time. Always wanted one and finally pulled the lever and got one. It works so well. I was making gravy from a mix and you had to mix the powder with cold water. Wisk it or fork stir it. Always lumpy. Not this time! I loved it. So well mixed up, nothing dry or lumpy in the measuring cup. What I was looking for. Easy clean up too. In the dishwasher.
