Gorgeous but huge and long

I ordered a size down as another person recommended and that was good guidance but wow is this dress long. It's beautiful though. Considering whether I want to have the cost of hemming it or just to return it.

Runs VERY large and long

The dress is nice and the dotted fabric is pretty. It was fully lined. This was way too big on me in my size per the manufacturer size chart. I am 5'8" and it was dragging on the floor in my bare feet and would also need hemmed. I do not have time to reorder, but I would get at least a size down. In a better fit for me, I would rate it much higher. (There is also a lot or room for a larger chest if you need that)
