Investment grade! Why are you waiting?
I use these in my living room system for playing music(vinyl included), games, and TV. Home DJ sessions and audio composing also play a role. These speakers sound good! I discovered new sounds in my music. I put off getting Klipsch for over a year, and now I wonder why I waited. Don't hesitate! The flaw in these speakers isn't actually a flaw. They're so good, they reveal lesser components in your system. I had a 280W amp that I thought was good, but the speakers would clip under bass on partial volume (conversation level). I got a new 50W amp that gives me more volume than I can yell over!

Great sound
I already had the the 12 inch Klipsch subwoofer along with a popular name 5.1 cube speaker setup. I got these for the front channels and turned my system into a 7.1 setup. What a surprise. They put out so much bass that some people might not need a subwoofer.

Perfect for front heighth speakers
I purchased these to go with the following setup; 1 pair RF-63 II Front L/R 1 pair RS-52 II Side L/R 1 pair RS-52 II Back L/R 2 Rythmik subwoofer (self build 15" sealed) 1 RC-52 II Center Yamaha RX-A3010 Aventage Receiver 1 ATI 20007 Power amplifier These finish off my all Klipsch 7.2 system bringing it to a 9.2 system. All the Klipsch speakers but the RB-61 are ran off the ATI amp and the RB-61 are ran of the Yamaha receiver. The receiver has no problem running these speakers and the addition of the front heighth speakers using Yamaha's proprietary sound formats has them singing loud and clear. The Yamaha does not make the horns sound shrill as some bright amplifiers tend to do and the higher sensitivity barely makes the Yamaha work to produce outstanding sound while filling the whole front sound stage with precision and depth.

RB-61 II Bookshelf Speaker
The cost/benefit ratio of the RB-61s is incredible. During these times, I don't have tons of money. I have champagne tests with a beer budget. These speakers allow you to experience true, audiophile-class quality without draining your bank account. The separation, clarity and lack of distortion at high levels is truly refreshing! The feel good speaker of the year. Bravo Klipsch!
