Filters don't last
Filters don't last. The first set worked great and lasted 6 months before needing replacement. The second set didn't even last 2 months and water flow was just trickling. However, the light indicator still has 75% life left. The 3rd set was even worse . . . .literally watching water drip. But the filter changing light is full. What is the issue? Should I waste more money and buy another set for it to last one and a half months?

Such a functional beauty!
We installed this faucet during our kitchen renovation and have been so happy with the dual functionality of being able to dispense both tap and filtered water in one single faucet. The pull-down capability works great when cleaning up scraps in the sink, especially when using the spraying feature. I love the matte black finish, which is super easy to clean!

Faulty nozzle
Loved the faucet when we first installed it 6 months ago. Last month I noticed the button for the purified water started to stick and wouldn't always turn off on the first try. Now a month later the button is stuck and I have had to turn off the cold water to my kitchen sink to prevent it from constantly running out of the filter nozzle.

Nice Faucet
The vacation home we rented had this faucet. We liked it and decided to buy one. Installation was easy. The only complaint is that the 1.8 GPM water flow restrictor is located under the sink in the line connection. The restrictors are usually located in the aerator where the water exits the faucet. Once a year or so it requires cleaning as it plugs crud. Do not want to have to empty the cabinet and crawl under the sink to clean the restrictor. Solution: removed restrictor. Our faucet did not come with the 2.2 GPM restrictor - I may request one and see how that works as the water flow is a little too much without a restrictor. Overall a very attractive and functional faucet.

Poor
Wrong connection for tubing to faucet. Tee fitting threads are terrible supply line leaks. Unit I was sold is old the batteries are dead. It makes wonder what condition the filters are in. I've installed 100s of systems before and never ran into these issues . This is coming from a professional Licensed Plumber!!

Good so far
I have been pleased with this filtration system thus far. Installation was fairly simple. Our house is old and unfortunately we had to adjust our pipes to accommodate this. I’m hoping this will be a great change instead of buying filters and jugs.
