Not overly happy with it

Even thought it was shipped with a styrofoam form it still had a broken off arm. And I wasn’t overly impressed with the painting details of it.

What has happened to Kurt Adler?

I've always bought Kurt Adler products, but this year has been so disappointing! The first Clara had a non-working music box - it was like someone had overwound it; and then returned. Obviously the product wasn't checked before shipping to the next customer. So I ordered a second one which was shoved into a box resulting in both feet being damaged with hairline fractures; but the music box worked! So I contacted customer service, and was provided with an immediate refund for one with an exchange for the second. Both are in transit as returns. However, I'm not impressed with the packaging for this music box since it's intended as a gift (not the quality as in the past - just a corrugated box that tears when opened). However, I can't return online because the replacement comes up costing zero instead of being refunded the original price. Guess I"m calling Macy's again . . .
