irritated my skin:(

I'm Norma to dry skin, I bought this kit thinking that it would help with my dry skin, and since is very recommended by a lot of people. I honestly was expecting more from this lotion but the cleanser dries my skin so much and when I put on my face the moisturizer I can feel my skin around my nose burning. I'm disappointed I expected more.

How Lancome saved my 75 yr old dry skin.

I never had any problem with dry skin for all of my 75 yrs. For the past 6 months I tried different hydration/moisturizer products. nothing worked until my daughter gave me a4-pc Benfait Multi-Vital Hydrate & Help Protect Set, for Christmas. It worked, slowly, but effectively. I love my soft skin. This product is gentle and fragrant. Thank you Lancôme!!!

Great product

I bought this set for the face cream, and this has been the only item I've tried so far. I love it! Very light texture, smells nice and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend!

Ok but expected better

I was excited for the kit since Lancome is a highly recognized brand and I had recently had a great experience with their new lip care line. My big draw was the sunscreen moisturizer with 30SPF, but I don't like it. At the end of the day when I am washing it off, it comes away as though I had white icing on my face. My nails will literally come away with it and I have to clean them out. I used it twice; the second time, I use far less than my first time, but even when I went very light with it, I had the same results. I have stopped using it, and since stores are closed, I can't take it back. The gentifique serum is nice; it goes on light and is quickly absorbed by my skin. The cleanser smells great, and is very gentle on my skin. The night moisturizer I have not used, nor want to due to the results of the day moisturizer.
