Wrong item

I ordered this and upon receipt it’s used! I spoke with customer service about a refund and they said to return it and I did. I ordered online but in the future I will shop in the store.

Overall good base but low pigmentation

I like a solid pigment to build upon and this was not visible on the skin much even with repeated coats
