Purchased Lancome Mascara

I’ve been purchasing Lancome products for several years not from the Bridgewater Macy’s. I am not happy with my purchase this time. When I decided to buy this item, I emphasized that I don’t want the Mascara which gives volume to my eyelashes. I repeated this at least 3 times. They gave me the Mascara which gives my eyelashes volume. I will never do shopping in the Lancome section of this Macy’s again. It is better for Macy’s reputation to hire people who can understand English to help customers better without wasting their times.
