I have zero issues with the packaging, in fact, I love it! I took the lid off each cube, set each cube back into its lid, and set them all back in order into the tin. Took 30 seconds with no fuss. I love that I can rearrange the order of the cubes according to my own personal taste. I am using a small natural haired brush to apply to my lids (or sometimes I use my ring finger), and the pigmentation is great. It's not suppose to be 100% opaque like a regular eyeshadow. It's suppose to be a Spring-like sheer wash of shimmery color. The shimmer is stunning. I use both a primer and a setting spray (like I do with all my makeup), and I have no issues with wear time. When I want to use certain cubes as highlighters, I use one of my bigger fluffy natural haired eyeshadow blending brushes. This lessens the pigment so it doesn't look crazy on my cheekbones. The outer tin packaging is obviously beautiful. I'm storing it in my acrylic drawer so it won't scratch up. This is definitely one of my favorite LE designs yet! I love that Lancôme has been on a Korean-Western fusion trend ever since Lisa Eldridge joined the team. Brilliant idea to modernizing this brand.

Gorgeous
I have no clue why there are bad reviews of this product. Do people not understand what the product is, or...?? Anywho, I had been looking at this online for over a month, waiting to take the plunge because of the price. I knew that The Body Shop had shimmer cubes similar to what this product is, but this particular color palette & limited edition packaging pulled to me more. After seeing Lisa Eldridge demo this product & Pinteresting a few swatches, I went ahead and bought it. SO GLAD I DID!! Man oh man, these colors are perfect for Spring! They are subtly shimmery (not glittery) and have good pigmentation while still being more on the pastel/soft side. The middle row is fantastic as a face highlighter when using a fan brush, while every individual cube is a gorgeous eye color. Each cube is individually packaged & you can mix the order of the colors around if you want. I find they go on best either with fingers or a natural brush; my synthetic brushes don't do it justice.
Beautiful highlighter but poor packaging
BEautiful option with variability...but each cube has a lid which I took off and left off...hoping it doesn't dry out...and with my first attempty to use I dropped all cube they are not attatched to container...very odd! some of the colors fell out of the container so I had to go online to make sure I put right color into right container as they have number...despite the poor paging the product itself is fabulous.

Love love
I absolutely love this! Love the soft colors, the glow. I am seriously considering purchasing a 2nd one just so I have one in stock since this is limited edition. I took 1 star out because of how the cubes are packed. The outer tin is adorable, the Parisienne motif, very cute. However, the individual cubes are in individually contained in clear plastic cubes with plastic caps. I guess you need to keep each in its own plastic case but the case is slightly lower than the height of the cube...so when your cube gets the same height of the case, it'll be hard to continue to use the product in its case. You'll have to take it out of the plastic case to continue to use. Whew, I'm sure I've confused a lot of people but for those who have this, I hope I make sense. So the product itself, love it. Execution could have been better.
So Much Potential!
This is such a great idea and the colors are stunning when you swatch them. Glistening pastels that do not have chunky glitters in them and have a lovely smooth texture. However, they are extremely difficult to actually apply. When you use a stiff flat brush for the eye compatible shades, there is very very little pigment to them. When you use them as a highlight it is very difficult to get enough product on your brush, whether you use a fan brush or a smaller face brush. If you apply straight to the skin it is very blocky and difficult to blend. If they were in circular pans like any other highlight they would be stunning! Great idea, it just needs some tweaking before it is a winner. I will be returning sue to difficult usage.
Handling A Problem
I was surprised to see all the individual cubes fall out of container when I opened it. Each cube had its own lid. All these 9 cubes should have been intact in the case. Disappointed in the product. Just too difficult to use.
