Does not run big-- frustrated

Do not agree with other buyers that these run large. Have bought LE uniforms for my kids for 10 years. The girls are required to wear this skirt. Daughter is a size 10 in pretty much every clothing brand and occasionally still an 8. I bought 3 of these for the upcoming school year in a size 10. They are too small in the waist. You can see from the photo, there is barely a difference between the 8 (bottom) and 10 (top). Annoyed because the 12 is going to be way too long on her and then I will have to have them all hemmed. Please stop adjusting the sizes, LE!

Runs Very Small

These skirts run smaller than Lands End uniforms from prior years. My slightly above average 8yo is in a size 12 to give her room to grow. The size 10 barely fit.

Not great quality

I bought this skirt for my daughter in August and by January, the skirt was falling apart. She only wore this 1 day a week for Mass day at school. The elastic that tightened the skirt came loose and we had to safety pin her skirt together for her to wear. Some of the pleats also had to be resewn by a family member. I regret that we have to purchase this awful skirt again to fulfill the dress code. I have owned many Lands End items and this is NOT Lands' End quality.

Slim size needed

Nice skirts but are very large around the waist even with the adjustable elastic. Slim sizes, like the school skorts, should be offered.

Poor quality

The item took several weeks to arrive and was even delayed a second time. It peels after a few washes.
