So cute with pleated hem. Has built in panties for full coverage if an accident occurs. Extra star for that!

Too short for school

Quality was great but the ad for the skirt didn't represent the length of the skirt. School requires skirts just above the knee. These were too short, couldn't use for my granddaughters. Ads needto show average height girl wearing appearal.
