Could have used a zipper or better closure at top

This was a gift for my sister in law. She loves it and has used it a few times on her travels with great success. It’s a great bag. One of the best LE has come out with in a while. Could have used a top closure on the bag which would have made it better but the bag is great.

Nice tote, just didn't work for my needs.

I bought this as a work tote for my lunch cooler bag, nursing accessories, umbrella, etc. It's a nice heavy-duty bag, but once I filled the pockets, my lunch tote wouldn't fit. Thought that might be the case when I bought it, but took a chance anyway. I might have kept it for other purposes, but found the carrying straps a bit too short and wide to comfortably get on my shoulder so I returned it.

Roomy

I bought this for a new school bag for work. It fits my lap top, 2 binders plus room for folders, 2 water bottles and a bit more. I store my work ID in the outside pocket for easy access. I am very happy with it!

*Almost* perfect.

If only this had a zipper. I have two Land's End totes that I love, but I've lost things on planes more than once when stashing them under my seat. I'd love to buy this but just can't justify it without a zipper.

I just received my bag and I love it. It is a little smaller than I expected. The length is 13” and the width is 18”
