Boxy in plus size, missing fold down collar

I bought this after measuring for fit, & it is not as was pictured. The collar is missing & it is boxy shaped..I didn't notice right away, tried it on thought it was poorly sized & missing something. It was the fold down collar...very disappointing.

I am not a football player

So sad this dress did not fit. Cons: The shoulders were way too broad, and I could have put my head through the armholes -- everything underneath was on display. Pros: Pretty patterns and colors. Looks cool and comfy. I often wear petites, so the IX length hit me perfectly in the center of the knee. (Many reviews on the regulars/Petites page complain about how short this dress is.) I returned it to a retail store but, based on their inventory, had no way to try on other/smaller sizes to see if I can get one right.

Size issue

Beautiful print but definitely over sized. I have bought more than 5 cover up/dresses from Lands End in a 3 x, this 3 x is huge, size down.
