Wonderful warmer weather dress

I bought this in too cold weather to wear now for next summer and can’t wait to wear it. I am going to wear it as a casual dress not just a coverup. Might just wear it inside as “loungewear” now. It’s beautiful! As always the combination of colors ( navy multi tropical scenic) and design to complement real women ( not just classic model types) of many different types is present. Some other reviewers commented on it being too large and baggy or too long but on me it’s perfect! It flatteringly skims my shape (general hourglass with slight pear shape) without being too loose or too tight and is also flatteringly just slightly above my knee so is cute not too short or revealing but not dowdy either ( for medium tall) . I could also wear a belt if I wanted to emphasize the waist. There are even side pockets! Paying attention to reviews and the actual garment measurements ( one click past general size info) in the sizing info ( and knowing what measurements fit me as well as being familiar with this brand sizing in general), I decided to go one size down which was the correct choice. I also love the feminine hem ruffle and neckline. I’ve had shirts with a similar style neckline but this is way better. I think the reason is the type and size of elastic used and the soft breathable cotton jersey fabric which also washes and dries well. It looks and feels good when worn with the neckline up and also can be worn lower on the shoulders. Either way it is soft and comfortable, not awkward looking or constantly distracting and doesn’t slip or itch or move. Not sure yet about any potential stinking in wearing. Flattering on me as a moderately tall, moderately curvy woman with a general hourglass shape! Follows my form and balances out slight tendency toward pear shape and hides flaws. I’ve loved other similar length summer dresses by LE so took a chance and so glad I got this on a whim! It’s already a favorite!

Nice print and soft fabric. Do not expect to wear this except off shoulder as neckline "wrinkles" if not wearing it off shoulder.

This did not work for me

This is not a good style and I don’t think it would be for any body shape or size. It is not flattering because it is cut really wide, and the ruffle at the bottom is really not flattering at all. I have learned to read reviews before I purchased so hopefully you will read this one and believe me that it is not a good purchase. I am a Lance and customer for over 30 years and I like most everything but not this one.

Great for a casual day dress. Runs large, also versatile as a swimsuit coverup.

The print is pretty and matched suit but looks like a nightgown with pockets. Returned it.

Perfect coverup

Wish Lands End would bring this coverup back in plus sizes and different colors. I bought one last summer and love it. When I went to get more, especially one in black, no more in plus size. This style is better than any coverup I've seen this summer. I'd buy more if I could!
