Way Too Long For to be labeled Petite

These are good quality pants and I am disappointed because they are about 5 inches too long on my 5’2” body. I ordered a PETITE LARGE and probably could use a petite medium but the length would still be too long. How are these supposed to be petite?? My inseam is 28”. These are at least 33”.

Fabric looses shape quickly

After sitting only a few minutes the knees were stretched out of shape and looked awful. Fabric does not stay in shape well.
