Nice sheet but not deep enough for 16inch mattress

I needed a fitted sheet since adding a memory foam topper to my existing mattress. This Charter Club 550 thread count cotton fitted sheet worked out nicely. The 'white' color is not a bright white, but more of a soft white. After a quick wash (cool water, no bleach) and tumble (medium heat), the feel of the sheet is smooth/comfortable to the touch, and the thread count weave makes it thick enough that you cannot see through it. There is an elasticized band around entire bottom of sheet to help it stay put, as well as labels for 'top' and 'bottom'. The only drawback is that, although I can get the corners to stay down, the entire sheet does not completely fit along the sides of my 16" deep mattress (see photo).

White is off...

I ordered White and when I opened the set up it appears to have "yellowed" probably over time and being stored in a warehouse somewhere, it might be why they are on clearance. I normally love the Charter Club stripe sheets but I am very disappointed with these.
