Extremely firm, no matter how you customize it

I've been sleeping on a Relax-the-Back Contourside memory foam pillow for about 8 years. But I've gotten tired of sleeping with my head in the carved-out "head pit", and wanted to try a straight (flat) pillow instead. This one sounded intriguing de to the customization. I have found it to be TOO FIRM for comfort, even when using the "soft" layer on top, and "medium" layer below, not using the "firm" layer at all. With 3 layers, this would just be too thick.

Ick

Very firm and too big. Adjusting it by removing one layer was confusing and flatten out the pillow too much. Did not like and would never recommend it.

Very customizable pillow

This pillow has 3 layers: firm, medium and soft. The cover has a zipper to allow access to the layers. Choose your firmness by removing a layer. Very customizable, great quality. Highly recommend!

Adjustability

This pillow works for me. I tried it out of the box and it was too firm. I took one of the 3 layers out and it's perfect. Love it!

Nice pillow, but not much difference for firmness

Pillow was ok. The firmness didn't change much when removing/adding layers- still remained relatively firm.

Good night sleep pillow

Being able to adjust your pillow to different comfort levels, by changing the layers inside is great. Pillow adjust from very firm to super soft. Good night sleep with this pillow.

The best is have 3 inserts offer adjustable levels of firmness: soft, medium, or firm. But too flat ,no good.

Every one should have one

Girl and supportive while also cradles the head ever so gently. Stays cool all night and really keeps it shape and bou need back no matter how much you bend and move it. Really good pillow to have to ensure a great nights sleep. Buying more for sure!
