Brushed arrived broken

One of the brushes arrived broke, and that I ordered and the other make up brush soon came apart after three uses these products just aren’t made well and quite frankly I am surprised that Macy’s continues to carry them

only 2 brushes in package

I received my pack of brushes. it had a hole in the bottom, and was shipped to me with only the powder and blush brushes. the 3 others are missing. how can I get what I paid for?
