The buckle is cheap looking silver, not the gold pictured. disappointed and returning it.

This dress did fit as it was pictured.

Dress was long and felt sloppy and was huge in under arms.

Beautiful, classic dress!

This dress is lovely and will be perfect for business or social events. It does run large as other reviewers reported so I ordered a size 4 and I'm 5'4" and it fits me as a "midi" style, about mid-calf, which is fine for work.

I am 5'5" weigh 122lbs and normally a size six. This dress was way too big, and too long. It was nothing like the picture.

For tall girls only

The dress it self is beautiful, but it appears to be made for a person of statuesque proportions. While the model shows it is above the knee and sleek through the torso, it hit at least 6 inches below my knee and it was far too long through my torso. I am 5’4”. I think you would have to be at least 5’9” for the dress to fit properly. Very disappointed.

I love this dress

I was hesitant to order this based on the other reviews. I do think it runs a little large based on the the size chart. I am 5' 1" tall, 42" bust, 38" waist and 42" hip. I ordered the 18 to fit my waist based on the size chart. It was still a little too loose around the waist and top. The arm holes were also therefore a bit big. But the dress will be flattering on with a little tailoring (something I expect to do for most dresses). I have a peri-menopausal belly and this hangs nicely and feels comfortable. I love the elegant feel and drape of the fabric. I actually like the length. It fits more like a midi and looks beautiful. I got the navy and love how flattering it is. I highly recommend this dress.

Beautiful but…

Beautiful dress, well made and comfortable but I had to return it. The online photo shows the dress a couple of inches above the knee but it was actually a few inches below the knee. Too long for me. Also, the dress does run large so order a size down.
