Didn’t last 2-weeks

Why would a very expensive 20x20 Decorative Pillow by Ralph Lauren not last 2-weeks? I removed the pillow cover to wash it & there was a rip in the seem. This, of course caused feathers to fall out. For the price I paid, there is absolutely no reason why I need to pull out my needle & thread. No thank you, Ralph Lauren. I will be returning due to subpar craftsmanship & quality control.

Looks Different in Person

Pillow is very soft and the insert doesn’t fit tightly into the cover, the fabric is nice

Really nice, good quality, removal-able cover for washing, super soft. Love it
