Great classic bootie but leather too hard

I love these booties, I bought it in all 3 colors because Lauren Ralph Lauren boots last for seasons...but they are so uncomfortable after a day's work. I sat at the desk most of the day, but I cannot walk around in them for long periods. One day after work I went shopping in them, after 30 minutes of continually walking I had to buy a pair of sneakers...I love the LRL booties, plus I purchased each pair at a good deal so I will try to get them stretched.

Stiff leather

The bootie is beautiful however the leather is very stiff and somehow makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear.
