Need to size down

I love this beautiful skirt, but the waist is too big.

Really nice short skirt.

The pattern, colors and material are really nice. And the style is flattering. The length however, is misleading. I’m only 5’1” and the Medium is above my knees, which is fine, but it looks the same length on the tall model.
