I did not receive what was advertised on the website I am highly upset, if I would have known it only came with a cover and 2 pillowcases I would have never bought it. This is really disappointing on how much it cost and it wasn’t worth it.

This is the ugliest comforter set that i have seen. The print is ugly an the material is very thin. I did not have a way to return , so i threw it away. Not ralph laurn quality.
Deceitful picture and cheap product
This is the ugliest comforter set that I have seen. The picture was deceptive, and the material is not impressive and extremely thin for an expensive comforter set. Horrible!
Very nice
I bought this comforter for a vacation home so I haven't actually used it yet but I opened it up and it looks great! Very classy with understated colors and soft material. I know I will love it for years.

Perfect Bedspread
Have been shopping for the perfect bedspread, color, quality price etc! This spread met all my requirements and I love it! I did order the king size as my queen bed is on the high side and it works perfectly! The fabric and Ralph Lauren quality at a great price meets all my wants! I absolutely Love it!

Macys Systems Seem Antiquated
I purchased a bedding set on line. It included a comforter. I was supposed to order the same set but with a duvet cover so ordered the wrong item. I discovered it a couple days after my order was placed and before the item shipped. I called to cancel since it hadn’t shipped yet and I was going to order the correct item. I was told they can’t cancel the order even though it hadn’t shipped yet. I had to do it within 30 minutes of ordering. So, now Macy’s will incur the cost of shipping an item I don’t want and I have to go to the store which is 25 minutes away and return the item. This is crazy. It’s costly and inconvenient for customers. I was told it is a systems issue so Macy’s, suggest you fix this and become more customer oriented and nimble as a company. This is 2025. Your system should be much more flexible.
