No Stretch at all

I bought a size 8 which is my regular size and it didn’t fit. It has no stretch at all to it. I like the style of the pant and really wanted it so I went back and bought a size 10 and it didn’t fit any better. I realized that it doesn’t go up at all on the thighs if you are wearing stockings.
