Avoid it if you are not a pear shape type

I love officer looking things so the very next moment I saw this jacket I felt in love with it. Once it arrived I realised that I made a mistake buying it. I am 5′ 3″, bust 32D (34,5 inch) waist 26 and hips 35 so according to size chart I am size 2 in Petite. I am ok in shoulders, but this jacket runs big everywhere else. It is practicualy ok in bust, quit big in waist and huge in hips. And also quality is poor, the down edge has wave shape instead of straigth. So even know I buy it with big discount for just 98$ I am still not satisfied with it.
