Beautiful Skirt but . . .

I loved how it popped out of the packaging. Ready to be worn, and flounced about like nobody's business, except the 16W I ordered, has an extremely large waistband. It is not elastic, so I must return it. Hopefully, the 14W will be just right because I really love the way this skirt looks, feels, and I love the movement of it.
