prettier than I expected

I ordered this skirt because I like ruffley things. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a little big in the waste; but, I think that beats something that is digging in when you sit down. It's a beige tone "crepe" type material that flutters as you walk and is flattering on. I have a tan cotton top and I think that the two will look good together with a little jewelry. Good to wear to a wedding or on a cruise or in town at a fancy restaurant.
