Winner, Winner, Black Tie Dinner!

This skirt exceeded my expectations for several reasons. The waist is slightly elasticized, which makes it very comfortable. The lining makes the tulle overlay more opaque than sheer. It's longer than as pictured, at least in my case. I'm tall and the hem fell mid-calf, not below the knee. I was looking for something to wear on New Year's Eve and this is it. I'll pair it with a black cashmere sweater because the skirt is so glamorous. I'll be very happy on the dance floor!
