I was overjoyed to receive a Plaid Satin Dress by Ralph Lauren to review ! First of all I love love the plaid pattern as well as the colors (green, blue, red & black) super stylish! The silky material is sp luxurious and soft - feels so comfortable yet stylish !!! Perfect fit and had me feeling chic- The length was perfect and very lightweight and comfortable ! I love love this dress and will def be recommending this to family & friends!

Dress ideal for Winter Holiday Party
This dress had a classic scoop neck and an interesting asymmetrical hem. The material was polyester but had some more heft/weight to it which made it seem more of higher quality. The plaid pattern was beautiful but the color combination (forest green, red, navy) makes it hard for me to see this worn outside the winter holiday season vs. year round. Wish this could have been flattering as a standalone dress but it feels like it requires more accessorizing with a cardigan and jewelry. It is lacking pockets but it probably wouldn't have made much difference in finding the dress just average.

So cute!
I love this dress! The material is very high quality. I like that it has a black slip underneath too. It looks very cute with a belt as well. I am 5’3 and weigh around 110lbs and the size four fit very well and it was the perfect length which is longer on me. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable, and Elegant
This dress is everything! It is beautiful, comfortable, and elegant. First of all, let's talk about the fit. The sizing is accurate, so I would advise ordering your regular size. For reference, I'm about 145 pounds, and I ordered a size 10. It fit beautifully. Also, I'm a bit large chested, and I loved that it wasn't tight around my chest, and I didn't feel constrained in the arm holes, either. As for height, I'm 5'2", and this dress fell right around my ankles, which I loved. But it may be important to note that it will be shorter if you're taller. The cut is modest, so I wasn't showing cleavage with this dress, but it also wasn't so high that it looked dated. Additional details- There is a lining in this dress, from top to bottom. Technically, you can wear this dress without a bra, unless you need the support from a bra, since it's just a shell lining with no support. However, the lining is thick enough that it hides headlights, and of course, you cannot see through it. Also, the whole dress, including the lining, is satin soft. Overall, this is a beautifully elegant dress. It's classic and comfortable. I like that you could dress this up with heels or could wear it more casually with boots and a jacket/cardigan. Buy this dress! It is a wardrobe staple.

ommmgggg! This dress is absolutely beautiful! The cut makes this dress so classy! The material is very high quality! I absolutely loved everything about it and received so many compliments! The fit was perfect to dress up or down , either way it is eye catching ! I feel as every women should have a dress like this definitely worth every penny !

Beautiful dress
This dress is super comfy, beautiful and fits well. The dress sizing seems to be true to size. I can't wait to have the perfect opportunity to wear it. I feel this particular pattern has a Christmas feel to it, but I love having something festive to wear in my wardrobe.

Lovely dress
Very pretty dress. Love the colors and the length is perfect. I wish it had a zipper. The description said it did but it does not have one. I’ve had so many compliments.
Another gorgeous classic
Drapes beautifully and super comfortable, another classic that I will wear for years to come! I shall be wearing it with a warm sweater for winter and on its own for summer!
