Disappointed

Bought this ring on sale and within two months two stones fell out. Contact the store and turns out that the ring didn't have a warranty although when I bought it it was said it did " it's levian, it's guaranteed to have warranty without buying additional ". So contacted them and because it was purchased at a sale price they were unable to honor any type of warranty. So I doubt I'll buy levian again.

With your certificate, please have Macy's send your ring for service. levian
