Do Not Purchase

I ordered navy colored travel jewelry case. Item was received damaged and I could tell was not from shipping. The brass studs were discolored and corroded in appearance. I was shocked that this seller mailed the item in this condition. I reached out to the seller with these concerns via Macys app and was told would be contacted directly by the seller within 3-5 business days. I waited and was Never contacted. This seller has Zero Customer Service. I had to call Macys again and was told my order option was to return the item by mail to the seller, then wait for a credit to be processed. Based on the fact that they never even replied to my earlier concern, I’m sure the return process is going to be a lengthy and nightmares scenario. Just save yourself the trouble and headaches…stay away from the market place seller!
