Recliner delivered on April 10, 2021, so far so good. Reclines and comes forward with relative ease. Mechanics feel solid.

Buyer beware. We purchased one chair 8/2020. 5 months later noticed that the area where your head rests, the color is removed from the leather. No build up, and no unusual hair products used. Had someone out to inspect and claim was denied. We have leather furniture in our family room over 30 years and have never had an issue like this. Usually leather will darken from the oils of hands, head, feet, etc, but never have a had leather stain be lifted.

    Poor workmanship in assembly
    Nov 23, 2020

I own 2 of these chairs for 2-3 years now. One front leg came loose and twisted. Upon inspection it appears the legs have no mounting bracket to screw into. Instead they screw into a cheap wood product frame area. Maybe particleboard? Another leg also will turn out of place. I now have to purchase mounting brackets and take apart the leg areas to install mounting brackets. The chairs also do not recline flat without a lot of effort. When able to get flat they do not stay that way. They immediately go back to upward position when I reduce my physical effort to keep in fully reclined position to nap. Unable to find instructions if there is an adjustment to correct this. Probably needs to be slightly loosened. In meantime, both cjairs can be used in partial recline.

Almost immediately one of the legs turned in. Macy's replaced the chair and about 9 months later it happened again. They sent a technician out to fix it. Meanwhile I keep the chair in a place where most people don't sit unless I have a number of people over. April was fixed and by August it was broken again. They are supposed to fix it. Too bad I have a chair I can't let people sit in.
