Our most comfortable chair

We stopped in Macy’s just to look at chairs , well my wife say’s , “what do you think Hon. ? “ Oh let’s check at Costco , I said no need , we went home , the next morning I said I am going back to Macy’s , I bought two of these most comfortable chairs , a perfect size for both of us. Such a nice back support, the foot support is so comfortable, Thank You ,

The delivery company was great.

Love the look & color of this recliner. Leather is nice and comfortable. I’ve had the chair for about a month. Perfect size for my living room. Delivery was handled well too.

The Chair is Not Comfortable Like in Showroom

I tried out this chair in the showroom twice and it was very comfortable so I purchased the chair. The chair I received feels nothing like the chair I sat in in the showroom. I thought that maybe it just needs to be broken in but it is 7 months later and it is just as uncomfortable as when I received it. Of course now it is too late to return it and when I reached out to Macy's customer service they were not willing to do anything to resolve the problem so I'm stuck with an overpriced uncomfortable chair. Also, the instructions indicated that here is a knob on the bottom of the chair so that you can adjust the tension of the recliner and there is no knob on the bottom of the chair.

Just as nice at home as it was in the showroom. Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now seems well made & is very comfortable.
