It was a nice dish

Was excited for this item to arrive, as I luv Snoopy!! So, when it arrived, I quickly unboxed the item from the shipping box it was in, this particular dish is quite heavy. All while doing this, I could hear something rattling in the box itself. When I finally got all the bubble wrap off of the top of the box and opening the box and cut the tip of one finger on this sharp and broken dish. I couldn't even tell you how many pieces it was broken into, but it was a lot. I immediately closed the box, then called Macy's customer service. After going through their "automated" system, I was finally connected to a "live" person. Explained the situation. She immediately asked if I would like it replaced, or a refund issued. Because I wasn't going to go through this again, I chose the refund. Like others who have received this item broken, I was truly disappointed. I mostly blame it on poor packaging on the manufactures part.

AMAZING!!

It’s sooo pretty! This is going to be a bridal shower gift and I’m so excited to give it to the couple! Packing came super super secure and the item itself has a good weight to it!

Cute dish in picture but not when it arrived

Purchased for my grandaughter, the box arrived damaged and although the dish was well wrapped in bubble wrap it arrived broken. The dish was not just cracked, it arrived in pieces, completely shattered

Completely broken on arrival

Item completely broken on arrival. I couldn't even remove it from the box as there was ceramic dust everywhere. Very disappointed. For the amount of money spent on these items they should not be arriving broken. The glass cutting board wasn't broken and it didn't even arrive in a box.

Bad shipping equals broken items

Unfortunately my item came broken due to poor packaging. Macys is refunding me but no offer to replace. Highly disappointed.
