I got healf order. Only one mug in the big box full of bubble package material. what number do I call to get the second mug?.

Inaccurate description

This only contains one mug and it does not turn colors. The mug is cute, but this is not an accurate description of the item. It is not a set. It is one mug.

Only 1 mug is included...not 2. When sent replacement was only sent another single mug, not a set of 2 as promised.

False advertisement

Beware you only get one mug. I called and complained they said they would send me another set and when I received the second order I only received one mug again, even though the website states it is a set of two.

Not getting as advertised

I have received the second order. Each order has only contained 1 mug each order. Wondering if I’ll have to return both and start over, probably to get only 1 mug in the order again
