Lenox Xmas tablecloth masterpiece!

This is such a beautifully made Xmas tablecloth. The fabric, colors and combination of ribbons and ferns is striking. I have several Lenox tablecloths and this is my favorite!

Disappointed

I’ll be happy to write a review and it is definitely still fresh in my mind. I ordered the tablecloths on November 16. On December 4 I contacted customer service to report that I had not received them and tracking showed label created but carrier did not have them. Meanwhile you had taken my money on November 20. On December 4 customer service put in a replacement order and to date they have supposedly shipped but carrier does not have them. I was also told I could not get a refund and a new order so it looks like I’m just out of luck!

Never Received

I can’t give an honest review of the product since Macy’s never sent it. I’ve ordered online in December and the status still says “processing”. Macys claims they’ve sent it to a UPS drop off, I’ve researched through UPS and they’ve indicated it was not received by them. I was charged for this product and Macys has not refunded me yet. The product is out of stock.
