They are beautiful pieces in general, but a little heavy for me. The problem is a delivery issue. Delivery-date had been changed 3 times and at last they were delivered in broken pieces. Dear Macy’s, please change the delivery company.

Arrived with broken plates
Purchased for delivery and it arrived with broken plates. Was a Christmas gift. Plan to return and have now reordered for pick up at the store. The product looks good. The dishes were not proper packed for shipping. I plan to inspect the dishes when they arrive for pick-up. Disappointed that Lennox did not package the dishes with more padding. Not made to be shipped. See other reviews that have been posted since Black Friday.

There were no packing materials! Lenox bowls and plates arrived broken into sharp pieces.

Expensive and cheaply made
I bought 2 sets of these and when I received them 1 bowl was broken. I was issued a refund but the second set I was hand washing the bowl and it hit a mug that was in the sink and a big chunk came out the side. Oh well lesson learned. I’m sticking to my Fiesta ware. More durable.

Not packaged well
plates were broken on arrival.. multiple plates. there needs to be better packing to prevent this

Broken Dishes and a Cut Finger. Thanks a lot!
Although the exterior box was not damaged, two of the bowls were in pieces because one of the interior boxes was not packaged correctly. So now I have a partial set of dishes and a cut finger.
