Dissatisfied!

I ordered these on Dec. 2nd and was notified on the 10th that they were ready for pickup. When I got to the store on the 13th, I found out that you sent 2 Spode Christmas plates instead of the Lenox mugs. I was then told that the mugs were no longer available. If these mugs were not available I should have been told that when I ordered them. If there was a zero star rating I would have chosen that. VERY dissatisfied with macy's.
