Waited nearly a year

Took nearly a year, despite Lenox selling them directly from their site 4 times during my wait for Macy's "backorder." I eventually tried to cancel and Macy's refused, and insisted I wait for the order to eventually ship to me and then refuse the shipment. Literally refused to cancel and wanted to waste time shipping. Never ordering from Macy's again.

Have not received my order that I paid for

Delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I ordered these 18 months ago. The delivery date continues to change. I needed these for an event and expected to receive them months ago. Mind you.. I could have ordered from other stores. (Macy’s) When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Missing items

I ordered the #2 spice village on December 20th but have still not received them. When I check on the order it says "thank you for choosing to wait". Which would normally be fine but it been over 5 months!
