Beautiful pitcher...I loved it and was so careful with it. Never picked it up by the handle alone. Always held the bottom too. The handle has a crack in it. Lenox will not honor the 50% off breakage replacement card. They are blaming me. I never bumped or mis handled it. Any one else have a problem with the handle?

I love this water pitcher. Beautiful and elegant slope.. No bubbles or other manufacturing issues. Also nice and bottom heavy (important as the base is smaller and needs the additional weight to balance and decrease tipping worries).

I wanted a basic glass pitcher that looked nice and wasn't super fancy. I can't believe how hard it was to find something. This was perfect. I did online order with store pickup so I didn't have to worry about it breaking. We like it!
