Macy’s said it is break resistant. NOT!

When the box came with the wine glasses, as soon as I touched, it, glass was rattling around. What a poor job packing! All six glasses were broken at the stem and they were packed without bubble wrap.

Glasses are beautiful, shatter resistant

Order/pick-up date changed from same-day to next-day but for this particular purchase, it wasn't a problem but could have been. Glasses are beautiful and shatter resistance (presumably when toasting - haha).and dishwasher safe. Disappointed they were not made un USA.

Got sent a lemon set:(

Very brittle, one stem broke on first use. Maybe I received a lemon. Unfortunately I had already throw away the box. Besides that they were beautiful.

Beautiful, but….

These are beautiful, but Macys doesn’t properly prepare these for shipment. My first package arrived with broken glasses. There was no bubble wrap, and no fragile label on the box. After reaching out to customer support, they sent out another package, which again, arrived with one broken glass, even after the customer service agent noted for them to have a fragile sticker added to the box for shipment. They didn’t add bubble wrap or anything to protect the box. Save yourself the trouble and just pick these up in the store if they have them available, because I’m very annoyed.
