Where was this made?

I have purchased various items of this pattern over the years, and this is the first time I have been disappointed, very disappointed. The colors on this platter do not match the depth of color on other pieces. The center painting looks like water colors were used, it is so pale. Debating whether I should keep it.

Lenox 5inch bowl

I ordered two of these bowls. First of all, terrible packaging and when I received my order one of the bowls was broken into five pieces. The other bowl was defective, had dips on the glaze from outside. In addition to that the gold line that goes around the edge of the bowl is not even gold and is almost invisible while in the picture online the gold lining is pretty visible. The inside of the bowl is plain. This will be returned immediately. I didn’t order broken items and the item being on sale does not mean you get to get either broken or defective. I agree with those reviews that the quality is missing.
