No coat delivered. Been 9 days with premium ship.

Paid for Premium shipping to be delivered within 2-3 business days. It's going on 9 days. Needed for son's trip to Boston. Son lives in California. He will not get it in time to take to Boston. No solutions to make it right. He will not need it when he gets back to California. Really horrible customer service. I Will be responsible for large return fee as well. Never again. PEOPLE, BE AWARE with CHRISTMAS ORDERS NOT ARRIVING ON TIME. EVEN WITH PAID, PREMIUM SHIPPING.

Great Jacket!

I purchased this coat twice for my son. I bought one last year and it held up so well i purchased the same in a larger size this year. It washes perfectly without any shrinkage or color change. It is a simply designed coat with a waterproof canvas feel. The look goes great with any attire. It has inside pockets and is inexpensive enough that if my 11 year old son loses it at the park, school or extra curriculars. I won’t be upset. It is just as warm as a north face or other more expensive coat. I have purchased those prior, however this is a great value for the price. I gave last years coat away as it held up so well you wouldn’t have known it was used.
