Not for true curvy women

Ordered my normal size and couldn’t get them over my hips. Then look at the fabric content to see they’re 100% cotton. I would need to buy two sizes bigger just to get over my hips and then would the adjustable snaps be enough to pull in to my much smaller waist? Probably not. Returning.
